So today I was lucky enough to meet with Rachel Reeves, Shadow Chancellor, and had the opportunity to explain how the cost of living is disproportionately affecting families with disabled children. No idea if it will make a difference but hopefully by getting our families and their stories in front of people in higher up positions will make a difference and bring about change. I am in awe of the brave families who shared their stories and let people into their lives.
