For many families, the school holidays are a time to relax, spend time together and make memories.
But for families of children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions, the holidays can bring very different challenges.
Tonight, over 30 intrepid drivers are heading from St Ives in Cambridgeshire to Pisa in Italy in cars worth less than £1,000!
Before even leaving, Nick and the team have raised more than £60,000 which is a phenomenal amount of money and will change the lives of so many families of children with disabilities and life-limiting conditions.

The new vehicle has been gifted to Little Miracles thanks to the incredible generosity of Hilton Foods, with support from The Clothworkers Foundation, Variety, the Children's Charity and Variety Golf.
