A Musical Boost from the Ukulele Orchestra of Spalding!

At Little Miracles, we’re always so grateful when local groups step up to support the families we work with. Recently, we were thrilled to receive an incredible boost from the Ukulele Orchestra of Spalding, who raised £900 for Little Miracles South Holland.
The orchestra has been spreading joy across the area all year, performing at events and gatherings and lifting spirits wherever they play. Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended their shows and supported their fundraising, the group raised a fantastic total, presented at their recent annual charity evening.
Support like this makes a huge difference. Every donation helps us continue providing activities, advice, and a welcoming community for families raising children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions. Many of these families face challenges every day, and being able to offer a place where they feel understood and supported is invaluable.
Founded in 2008 by people who simply loved making music together, the Ukulele Orchestra of Spalding has grown into a much-loved part of the local community. Over the years, they’ve performed regularly while raising money for charities that make a real difference locally.
“This is one of the highlights of our year because it’s our chance to say a big thank you and to help those who do so much for others in our community.”
Chairman of the Ukulele Orchestra, Dee Inman-Fong
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in the orchestra for supporting Little Miracles this year. Your music, energy, and generosity help us continue our work with families across the area.
