Ashleigh has been part of the Little Miracles family since the Easter holidays of 2025, and we’re thrilled that she joined us full time from September 1st, 2025.

She’s always had a big heart for helping others — especially young people with special educational needs. Having been a young carer herself, Ashleigh truly understands the importance of support, kindness, and inclusion.

“I was looking for something to do after finishing sixth form that would let me keep helping young people with special educational needs. I’ve always really enjoyed working with children,” says Ashleigh.

“Family members and teachers told me about Little Miracles, and I remembered hearing about them online. I thought they were so inspiring with what they do, so I decided to go for it — and I’m so glad I did!”

What Ashleigh Loves Most

When asked what she enjoys most about working at Little Miracles, Ashleigh didn’t hesitate: it’s the people.

“Both the staff and families are amazing. Everyone is so lovely and kind. Getting to meet all the young people and their families is truly inspirational — hearing their stories really makes my day.”
