Self-Care Trackers

Self-care trackers are a way for young people to connect with their own wellbeing. Trackers provide routine and structure whilst making things such as emotions, and habits more visible and easier to recognise. They are also useful for both the child and parent/carer to keep track of the things that make them feel their best.

Additionally, tracking things such as energy, sleep and mood, can help parents and families further understand the child's behaviour or mood that particular day.
