Julie Randall

Julie has been connected to Little Miracles for around 15 years, after first meeting founder Michelle through networking and feeling instantly inspired by the charity’s heart, purpose, and impact.

Since then, Julie has continued to support Little Miracles in a variety of ways, including attending fundraising events, volunteering, making regular donations as a Silver Ambassador, offering additional donations where possible, and raising funds through community and business-led initiatives such as the Confidence & Wellbeing Conference created through her business, Enlivened.

Alongside her long-standing connection with the charity, Julie spent 25 years working in sales management while raising her family, giving her first-hand experience of balancing a high-pressure role with the realities of parenting. She now works as a coach, supporting individuals and organisations through life transitions, stress, and challenging periods, including bereavement, drawing on both professional experience and lived understanding.

Julie’s passion for Little Miracles is deeply rooted in her own experiences as a parent of a child with additional needs. She understands how isolating and overwhelming life can feel for families, particularly when support is limited or hard to find. Although her own child was an adult by the time she became aware of Little Miracles, seeing the charity’s work first-hand reinforced just how transformative that support can be.

Julie believes passionately that every child deserves opportunities for fun, laughter, friendship, and connection, regardless of disability, illness, or life-limiting conditions. She is equally committed to the support Little Miracles provides to parents and families, recognising the importance of feeling understood, supported, and less alone.

Appointed as a Trustee in 2025, Julie is proud to give back to a charity that makes a genuine, lasting difference, and is committed to helping Little Miracles continue its vital work for families who need it most.
